The diary is a Day per Page Daily Diary. There is a page for each day and each page is split into two parts: to do list and notes (pictured below). Important dates (such as bank holidays are also noted).

This is the perfect layout for keeping on top of your to-do list and allows you to rewrite, refresh and reprioritise your to-do list each day while keeping the record of what you have done safely. You could use it for either your personal life or your working life. I have chosen to use this diary in the office to keep track of what I am doing each day (which also as a second benefit I can then use in my career development record/plan when I need to review what I have done this year).
At the end of each week the diary also has a to do next week list (perfect for clearing your mind
