Eating and Food is such a large part of our lives that there ar a large number of notebooks out there for both foodies and health conscious people. Whether you do it for your mind body and soul or just enjoy your grub, notebooks can be used as a tracker for your food intake, for your diet, and exercise habits, for eating healthily and for recipes, for your favourite takeaways, restaurants, bars, cocktails etc.
You name it there is probably some form of notebook for it. But today I am sharing the simple idea of using a notebook to monitor what you eat. It is up to you how detailed records you make for example you might also want to be counting your calories, or keeping track of your food expenses. Whether you are doing it to track the calories, stick to a diet, eat healthier, watch the pennies – a simple food diary notebook can keep track of all of this – you just have to tailor the information your write down to reflect and give the right output in assisting with what you want to find out.
You are what you eat – do you track your eating habits in any way? Share in the comments.
