There is a range of notebooks dedicated to exercise and workout routines, general fitness, diet and nutrition and healthy eating. Unfortunately I know nothing about any of these topics and struggle to stick to three regular meals a day. However, they are a valid group of specific purpose notebooks and shouldn’t be overlooked because I don’t use one.
The only thing I ever do is note ‘weight’ in my regular diary to make sure I am remaining at my target weight.
However, if you are enthusiastic about tracking and recording your Exercise or Workout or even your diet one of the following notebooks may be suitable for you:
- Diet and Fitness Journal
- Workout Journal
- Fitbook
- Diet and Fitness Journal
- Bodyminder: Workout and Exercise Journal (other similar books include healthminder, dietminder and maintenanceminder).
Are you getting fit for summer? How are you keeping track of how much exercise you are doing?
I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a fitness journal! It does sound good I have to say!
My A to Z Challenge
Yes, there are loads of variations depending on your goals, of course there is no reason why you could not use a standard goal journal./notebook for fitness as well.
Thanks for dropping by.
