The Freedom of the Presses is the Quarterly Limited Edition of Field Notes for the Fall of 2020 featuring the work of different independent letterpress shops across America. I am currently using Pack A as my everyday carry pocket notebooks.
This pack includes one of two cover designs by Springtide Press of Tacoma of Washington, One of two by Brad Vetter of Louisville, Kentucky. One of two by Ben Blount of Evanston, Illinois.

The cover is designed and proofed by Brad Vetter Design in Louisville Kentucky using wood and lead type custom laser cut pieces on a Vandercook Universal 1 (ca. 1965) and printed by his friends at Genghis Kern on a Heidelberg KSBA Cylinder Press (ca. 1970).
Brad Blout
Cover designed and proofed by Ben Blout with metal and wood type on Vandercook 4 (ca. 1947) and printed by his friends at Genghis Kern on a Heidelberg KSBA Cylinder Press (ca. 1970).
Springtide Press
