This is the 13th Quarterly Edition from Field Notes and was released in Winter 2011. is called the Northerly edition, and as always, we’re trying a few new ideas. It has a beautiful glossy cover and according to the Field Notes website, it was their first ever coated cover. The cover is cast-coated, snow-white Mohawk/Smart Kromekote, milled and finished in Cohoes, New York. The covers feature “Icy Silver” type with an embossed Field Notes logo.
However, what I love even more about this notebook are the pages. They have white graph lines on a light blue-grey background. It gives it a different feel to regular pocket notebooks.
