The kimono is a traditional Japanese garment worn by men, women and children in which the pattern, rather than the cut of the garment, is what is significant. In Japan, colours are closely linked to a season, a direction, a virtue and one of the five elements. Red, for example, is a popular colour for a kimono as it is said to signify youth and attractiveness.
The covers of these notebooks are printed on foil in five colours, embossed then foil stamped. They are also practical and have a pocket at the back for receipts etc, two bookmarks and a magnetic side flap. These are perfect for personal use and also make a great gift.
