I recently received the Infinity Planner that I backed on Kickstarter last year. It is an undated planner so while the front calendars are 2021, it can be used anytime. Now that I’ve got a system that works I’m unlikely to use this planner properly until next year or until I get bored with another one. However, the planner has such a great layout I’m really tempted to make the switch over now.
Taking a look at the set up. It has a 2021 calendar at the front with space for notes alongside the calendar – which is actually pretty great feature as most planners put the calendar on one page and the monthly notes for your key dates etc on a separate page.
The planner is split into two key sections – monthly planning and weekly planning.
Monthly Layout
The monthly calendar spread is a Monday start and has space for you to fill in the month, dates, your monthly goals and space for some notes. Each month then has a section for planning including Habit Trackers, Vision Board, Financial Tracker, Mind Map, Monthly Evaluation (include Gratitude Log). It is a more detailed monthly planning section that what I’ve seen which definitely sets this planner apart if you want more detailed monthly planning.
Weekly Layout
The second half of the planner is about your weekly planning.
Again the week starts on Monday. Each week has a column for each day which has space at the top for your most important item (which is perfect for your frog). Then there is a schedule stretching from 6am to 9pm. This is great for full day/life planning and all 7 days get a full column. If you time-block is also great for this.
Each page also has space for weekly goals, events (Yay!!) , work to do list, personal to do list, selfcare to do list (which often gets missed), H2O tracker and notes. It is an incredibly well laid out/optimised weekly planner page. It is perfect for someone who wants their whole life planning to be done in one planner but an element of separation.
At the back of the planner there are also useful planning pages. This includes project planner pages, Gantt Chart and Kanban Board, financial goals pages, Someday list (love this), creative colouring pages and grid dot pages for notes. The Infinity Planner also comes with brightly coloured stickers for your planner.
To Do List Cards
As part of the Kickstarter campaign the Infinity Planner also came with a pack of 50 to-do cards. These cards have space for date, three most important items at the top and then space for the rest of your to do list. The back of the cards is a grid dot card. This can be used for more to-dos, notes, sketches or whatever you want.
The Infinity Planner is by Dr. Riddhi Shah, the CEO of Wellness Pixie. You can see the focus on wellbeing and balance throughout the planner, but it is subtle. In my opinion great for people who aren’t really focused on their wellbeing as a priority but want to improve. This is because the subtle hints surrounded by great productivity tools will get them focused on thinking more about their health and wellbeing.
