Just before lockdown kicked off I decided that I should start looking after myself a bit more and be a bit more mindful. So I bought the Wilko Tranquil Mindful Journal to help me get started.
Each page includes sections such as ‘what worked for me today?’ and ‘what can I try and improve on for tomorrow?’ over a two-page spread which is the right amount of space. You don’t have to write loads, but there is enough space if you have something to write about.
However, keeping this up on a regular basis just wasn’t for me. I have really struggled with keeping to a routine during lockdown, I’ve been busy with work and haven’t been as inspired to write in my own journals.
Unfortunately this has just not worked for me personally.
However, if you are look for an easy affordable Mindful Journal – this might be just want you need.
