This year I got the XL Monthly Notebook as well as the normal sized one. However, I’ve actually found that I’ve not used it at all. So I’m now re-thinking what I can use this one for. It is a little bit large even for a desk planner as it takes up the majority of my desk space, and I’ve ended up using the Appointed Year Task Planner as my main planner, and my other blogs don’t have enough content to warrant using an XL over a smaller Moleskine Monthly Notebook.
So I will need to have another think about what I can use this planner for and check-in again later in the year.
The monthly planner features a double-page spread for each month, with weeks listed horizontally underneath one another. The week starts on Monday. The are a double-page lined spread between each month. In a blogging notebook this is perfect for monthly goals or to do list or for recording your blogging stats etc. After the monthly planner section there are then lined pages for keeping notes. It doesn’t have the pagination and cross referencing features that the Leuchtturm 1917 has, but I’ve not been using this feature – at least not in my blog planner.
