Overall great selection of goodies, in particular, I was pleased with the good quality ruler as I was after a new one and the Mitsubishi colour pencil.
The Pencils
The Mitsubishi Colour Pencil 2667 is a double-ended pencil – one end is vermillion (red) and the other is prussian blue and soft to write with. It looks like it will be a great tool for marking up and adding corrections/notes.
The pack of 12 Mitsubishi HB wooden pencils are classics. You can never have too many pencils in your collection.
The Highlighters
There are two “highlighters” included in the stationery box. The first is a highlighter pencil with a sharpener. This is suitable for marking up books as it has a soft lead and does not bleed through onto the next page like regular highlighters do. It also comes with own pencil sharpener which forms a cap to protect the pencil.
The box also contains an erasable highlighter. This highlighter is from Uniball who have released their own range of erasable highlighters .
Aluminium Ruler
The aluminium ruler is from Midori another exciting Japanese brand and is slimline and 15cm in length. It is going to be perfect for slipping in my pencil case and using when on the go. The ruler has a wooden finish in the centre.
Kadokeshi Plastic Eraser
A normal eraser has 8 corners. This blue eraser stick has 28 corners. Designed by Hideo Kanbara, the original Kadokeshi eraser is part of the Museum of Modern Art’s 2004 “Humble Masterpieces” exhibit.
With the Kadokeshi Stick Eraser, you get to erase with each corner as you twist the holder to use up the eraser. Simply twist it and the eraser extends. It is such a great idea and it also comes with a
Multi Pencil Sharpner
The Kutsuwa STAD T’GAAL Angle Adjustable Pencil Sharpener has different options so you can simply turn the dial to get the perfect size to sharpen the pencils. There are 5 settings: 2 for colour pencils, 2 for soft pencil leads and 1 for HB and harder pencil leads (and the longest point).
Washi Tape
Finally, there was also more cute washi tape from shinzi katoh. The design on the washi has bold coloured stripes and dots.
