Welcome to our A to Z Challenge for 2021. Thank you for joining us for another celebration of notebooks. This year we are doing an A to Z round-up of different planners.
Notem Weekly Planner (End of Q1 Check-In)
This is the second year that I’ve been using the Notem Studio planner with the weekly layout. It is A5 is a flat lay binding and both a monthly overview and a weekly overview with vertical columns. I am currently using this planner as my professional diary for my volunteer roles. I use it for keeping track of meetings, to do lists and keeping meeting notes from committee meetings, events and calls etc related to my voluntary roles.
The Annual Diary is a thick sturdy volume with 225 pages. The spine is left open and not fixed onto the cover of this journal. That makes the spine visible when you open the journal and presents a perfectly flat surface, with a seamless transition between left and right.
This planner features:
- Contact information page
- Yearly overview of 2021 / 2022
- Monthly overview – month by month
- Weekly overview – vertical columns
- Pages for notes
I am using the monthly overview for noting key dates, events and awareness days etc and then I am using my Weekly Overview as vertical to-do lists for each day. The pages are thick and luxurious and feel great to write on and the lay-flat binding makes it perfect for reviewing your week in a weekly layout.
The journal pages for notes from meetings and calls. There are approx 70 pages – I will probably run out at some point, but they are great for more detailed content and keeping it all on one place rather than needing a separate notebook for this kind of stuff. It is rare for planners to include a decided number of pages for notes and journalling. This is the main reason I came back and got this planner for a second time.
