I was excited to finally receive a pocket notebooks subscription. After the routine of getting a box of pocket notebooks each month, the new quarterly subscription feels a slower pace. However, it does mean that I am more likely to experiment with other notebooks in the inbetween months and as an extra bonus – the two pack of notebooks I received were ones that I do not already have in my collection.
BomoArt Pocket Memo
This is a three pack of beautiful notebooks from Hungary. There are three notebooks in a pack each with different art work featured on the cover. one plain. one lined. one dot-grid. In particular I love the lined notebook with its margin and beautiful waterlily cover.
The subscription box also contain a beautiful BomoArt bookmark.
My Paperbrains Notebooks
Again another fab three pack of pocket notebooks with a variery of rulings. One lined. One plain. One grid/quadrile.
I love the beautiful bright colours of these notebooks. A set of three handmade notebooks with 48 pages. 70lb French Paper Company Speckletone true white blank paper. Covers are minimum 65lb French Paper Company cover stock.
Seth Mathers is the creator of My Paper Brains. He makes all his notebooks himself. I simpy love the colours. You can get your own on the website.
Other goodies
As always with Nero’s Notes you get extra goodies in your subscription boxes (not just the notebooks) so this month we also got a BomoArt Bookmark (mentioned above), a single Palomino Blackwing Volume 16.2. The 16.2 is a celebration of Ada Lovelace, a pioneer in computing and a very cute dog clip from Midori.
