Papergang’s latest box “Nature’s Neutrals” is designed by Maus Haus. Claudia is an illustrator, designer and aspiring muralist and is based in Brisbane Australia. This is one of my favourite boxes in a while. I love the nature inspired designs.
Each item in the box is awesome.
The greeting cards are all great designs (example pictured above) and use the rainbow mountain design on the envelope – making it much more interesting (and I’ve already decided who I want to use each of the cards for). I love when you receive a collection of greeting cards, that you know you are going to use and who you want to send them to. I now have a decent collection of happy birthday cards, need a few more thank you cards in my collection…
I often don’t really see the point of the art prints (sorry!) and I’ve got to confess I don’t have much use for them (not a lot of wall space). However, I really loved this design – and so have now made it my mission to make some space for this one.
Finally, my favourite item this month was the planner. This planner is exactly what I am looking for to replace my current daily planner. I am starting a new job and didn’t have much luck finding a half year planner, so this undated planner seems like the perfect solution to get me to the end of the year. The A6 planner features the rainbow mountain design which I find really relaxing, so I really like this as a cover choice.
Inside each day has a two page layout – so plenty of space to organise. One page includes your to-do list, key tasks and timetable/schedule, the second page is for notes. As the planning has two pages per day, I don’t mind that it is A6 rather than A5 sized. Additionally, as an extra bonus (which I didn’t notice at first) there are monthly view pages for four months at the back of the planner. Perfect for forward planning.
