For my Birthday, I recently got this lovely notebook. It is a beautiful green/blue leather notebook with a leaf pattern embossed on the front cover, on the inside it is personalised with picture of my dog, and my name.

The notebook itself is refillable which is great so that i can continue to use it without filling it up.
