Projo Notes Inside Rotated

PROJO – The Project Journal [Updated Version]

Projo Cover

I have recently been looking for a new planner. I was originally looking for an academic year planner, but I couldn’t find any I liked with the right layout option. The options available this year appear to be more limited than usual. A few years ago I backed the ProJo on Kickstarter. The Projo is a minimal planner which is undated and is great option if you want both monthly and weekly.

If you haven’t come across it before, the Projo is a three months at a time (undated) planner combined with a notebook in a clear plastic sleeve so you can easily carry both the planner and notebook together and basically have two separate places in one – a place to plan and a place to write.

Projo Weekly 3

Unfortunately the pack I bought is in French not English. I am not sure whether they simply don’t have English versions in stock or whether I ordered the wrong thing. But anyway, I got my French three month undated Projo planner and set about trying to translate it.

I knew when I saw it online that the layout had been updated. The weekly page now had the days of the week at the top, and the hours down the side for scheduling. It runs from 6am until 10pm. I bought it anyway even though I wasn’t convinced it was the right layout for me and I’m afraid to say I was disappointed. I enjoyed the flexibility that the old layout gave me.

However, once I got used to it, it still worked well for my purpose and I simply ignored the numbers etc and used it how I wanted to.

The ProJo Notes Notebook remains the same. Although the cover has changed it is a simple grid dot notebook, perfect for using with the planner.

The Project Planner

As a reminder the Project Planner includes:

  • table of contents;
  • vision board;
  • goals roadmap and for forwarding planning
  • monthly layouts
  • weekly layouts
  • grid note pages.

Minimal Plan: Projo | €20.00
