If you are anything like me you may have a large collection of notebooks that you are always looking to fill. If you haven’t already checked out our A to z of everyday uses for any notebook series – you can find it here and our uses for notebook series here.
Another use for a pocket notebook might be to keep track of Discount Codes that you use online. Again, I use one of my Word Notebooks for this. Word Notebooks are great for list keeping which is why I chose to use a Word Notebook for these lists.
Sometimes you get an email or occasional snail mail with a discount code, some may be time-limited and others are perpetual. If I am ready to buy at the time I receive the email I might use it straight away, but if I am not, it goes into my discount codes notebook for potential future use.
The notebook is split into different sections. I have perpetual codes at the front of the notebook, which is split into categories, for example, I have one for stationery, one for clothes, one for food and grocery products etc. I also then have monthly pages at the back of the notebook, where I have time-limited code but that I think I might genuinely use/need. However, if they are to be used within a short time frame and I want to use them, I often put them in my diary instead so that I can make sure that they are used!
