An alternative to having a mindful or gratitude journal is to have a 365 daily journal. I have previously used the 365 Journal from Kikki K but the Wilko option is a bit smaller (and lighter) so I thought I would give it a go (although the pages might end up being too small). So far I have found that there are days when I haven’t got much to write, and other days I have loads, so I am trying to find a balance and write the “right” amount each day.

The pages are individually numbered from 1 to 366 with one page per day. The page space can be used to keep a diary/journal or alternatively it can also be used as an undated day per page notebook to simply jot down ideas, wish lists and thoughts etc.

The Wilko 365 day journal is part of the Bouquet Stationery Collection and can be paired with other items from the collection for a complete look.
